Grand Reopening Weekend!
Winter is thawing into Spring – and so is our team at Grey Hawk! We did some redecorating over at the restaurant building – and now, we are ready to welcome you back! Following the heartache of last fall, we are thrilled to be a place where folks can come back together for great food, strong drinks, lovely music, and creative events.

There’s something for everyone on our drink menu – including cocktails where the garden herbs are the stars, dessert wines you’ll want to sip around the fire, exquisite wines, and special craft beers. The Hatchling Coffee House is Open!
We are thrilled to announce that we’ll be reopening offerings from The Hatchling Coffee House by Grey Hawk – now at 102 Resort Lane, the building right next to Grey Hawk. OPEN 8am-3pm DAILY! Plus, join us for The Hatchling Hang-Outs, extended hours Fridays & Saturdays (open 8am-8pm).
