Introducing Our Local Luxury Wine Partnership with Mountain Brook Vineyards
Starting in March, Grey Hawk Bar & Gardens is honored to present a new partnership with Mountain Brook Vineyards, a local winery in Tryon, NC.
Throughout March and April, we’ll have some of Mountain Brook’s finest wines available for purchase (see the available wines and tasting notes below) – and we’re doing something super fun: Wine Flights! For $28, you’ll get four 2-oz pours of some lovely wine, plus a one-bite food pairing to go with it! Check out the wines and food pairings below, and come into Grey Hawk any time for your tasty flight.

Each of the wines below will be available at Grey Hawk – by the glass or by the bottle – starting in March 2024, in addition to the wine flight special.
2021 Riesling – Paired with a pink grapefruit wedge
Aromas of lychee, gout de petrol, pink grapefruit, and hints of toasty vanilla. On the palate, flavors of white peach, Bartlett pear, mango & honeysuckle.
2022 Classic Chardonnay – Paired with brioche and pineapple
Aromas of ripe apple, roasted almond, and vanilla; on the palate, this wine shows an exceptional concentration of citrus fruit and butter toast.
2021 All In Red Wine Blend – Paired with Caramel and Raspberry
Bouquet of cherry, tobacco, dry dark chocolate, and dried leaves lending a mature, savory spirit to the blend.
2020 BDX Bordeaux Blend – Paired with chocolate
Approachable blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot offers notes of brambly red fruit, cherry cola, and freshly snapped green pepper.
